1. Check batch numbers on products before laying (shown on product label).
2. Avoid contact with rubber mats, chair leg stoppers etc permanent staining may occur.
3. Always provide an adequate area of threshold/barrier matting to protect the floor and reduce maintenance.
4. Ensure product has been unrolled/unpacked and allowed to relax in a minimum temperature of 18OC for 24 hours prior to installation.
5. Ensure adequate lighting is in place before installing material.
6. Ensure that the ambient temperature in the area where the material is to be installed is a minimum 18OC before, during and for a period of no less than 24 hours after installation.
7. Most Gerflor products are treated with a polyurethane surface treatment and when welding we recommend using an anti-glaze speedweld nozzle to prevent heat glazing from occurring. Available from Janser Tel. 0121 561 5888 Ref: 224800007.
