Shoreline Housing Partnership is a registered social landlord, which manages 8,200 homes in North East Lincolnshire. The refurbishment of 4,000 kitchens and 3,000 bathrooms is part of a promise by Shoreline Housing Partnership to meet the Government’s ‘2010 Standard’ and to carry out the ‘Shoreline Standard’ involving a £156 million investment programme.

Griptex, which can with stand up to 90% residual damp, was the chosen solution after a problem was found with the moisture content of the floors in the first 800 homes of the project and the specified flooring was no longer suitable.
